We now know that emails are not read like printed pages, but

on the sales message. It is our opinion that the lack of understanding
of this fairly uniform eye pattern, leads directly to the
dramatic failure of email marketing campaigns. The good news

Human eye movements are largely unconscious and vision and
understanding are hardwired to the brain. Heatmap eye-tracking
allows us to track where the viewer's eyes are going. The
redder the area, the higher the density of viewer focus. We
can therefore design our emails in such a way so as to create
