Dynamic, spontaneous & unpredictable are all attributes characterizing the ever-changing organization, Blue Pointer. The same could be said about the leader of our tribe, Louis Baartman. Being the mover & shaker that he is, and his "make things happen rather than wait for things to happen" approach to life has recently embarked on another business venture, capitalizing any opportunity available in the property investment and development sphere.

Khoisan Bay Estate Development & Accumulating Wealth through Property Squared (AWP²) are Louis' latest working projects and will be officially launched during the course of this year.

Khoisan Bay comprises an extensive stretch of land in Gansbaai on which Louis and partner Wilhelm Steenkamp will develop getaway units for holidaymakers. AWP² on the other hand will operate in a similar fashion as PDC, but instead of investors pooling resources into existing property they will have the opportunity to invest shares in zoned plots, which will eventually be developed by the company.

Some many ideas, so little time – this is definitely true of Louis!
